It is assured in the present day scenario that about 90% of students passing graduation would like to appear in the entrance exams being conducted for recruitment into the banking sector. This sector in particular has a huge potential of jobs because of which people are interested. Since the PO written exams are conducted in the months of June and November, the 2013 exams will be probably held at these times of the years. Similarly, the clerical written exam will be tentatively held in the months of August and December, while the specialist officer written paper will be coming up in the month of March 2013.

During this time, they would be asked about the email addresses and phone number and the candidates will be provided with a registration number and password. This is necessary for downloading the hall ticket where the exact date and venue of the test would be printed. To be able to appear in the exam and have the applications accepted, the aspirants will have to fulfil the eligibility criteria of age and education. For the PO jobs, the minimum age is 20 years and maximum is 30 years. The age limit for the clerical posts has been fixed at 18 to 28 years. Educational qualification for appearing in the CWE for clerks is a pass with 50% marks in the 10+2, and for PO, it is a pass in the graduation in any stream from a recognised university.
